   • If a candidate claims that their qualification is equivalent to the prescribed qualification, they must submit an equivalence certificate of their foreign/local qualification issued by the Higher Education Commission (H.E.C) or Qualification Equivalence Determination Committee (Q.E.D.C) of the concerned Department.
   • This certificate must be presented at the time of the interview or whenever requested by the Commission. Failure to provide this certificate will result in the cancellation of the candidature.
4. Experience Proof for Private Firm/Entity:
   • Candidates claiming experience from private firms/entities must provide proof at the time of the interview that the firm/entity is registered with SECP, Registrar of Firms, or any other Regulatory Authority.
   • A proof of registration showing the status of the entity as a registered body during the claimed experience period must be provided.
5. In-Service Candidates:
   • In-service candidates must ensure they have obtained/applied for NOC/DPC from their concerned department(s) while applying for a particular post.
   • The NOC/DPC must be provided at the time of the interview if called.
6. Registration Certificate:
   • Candidates must ensure they have obtained/applied for a Registration Certificate from PEC/PNC/PMDC/PMC/PVMC or other relevant regulatory body on or before the closing date.
   • This certificate must be provided at the time of the interview if called.
7. Academic Certificates:
   • Candidates must provide marks obtained/total marks or percentage certificates of all degrees issued by the Competent Authority at the time of the interview.
   • CGPA is not acceptable.
8. Authenticity of Information:
   • Only information shared on the PPSC’s website is considered authentic. Candidates are advised not to trust any other source of information.
9. Location of Tests:
   • The Shorthand Test and Typing & Proficiency Test, if required, will ONLY be held at Lahore.
10. Variation in Number of Posts:
