- Open Merit: 148

Age and Gender Criteria:
- Male: 18 to 25+05 = 30 years
- Female: 18 to 25+08 = 33 years
Domicile:
- Any district of the Province of Punjab
Place of Posting:
- Anywhere in Punjab
Prescribed Qualification/Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree (second division) from a University recognized by the Higher Education Commission
- Speed of 70 words per minute of shorthand in English and 40 words per minute of typing in English on the computer
- Three months certificate in MS Office from a recognized institute
Additional Notes:
- Preference given to candidates with knowledge of Urdu shorthand and Urdu typewriting
- Acceptance of a 3-month certificate in MS Office from private entities subject to registration with SECP, Registrar of Firms, or any other Regulatory Authority
Examination Process:
- English Shorthand Test at 70 words per minute
- English Typing Test on Computer (speed 40 w.p.m.)
- MS Office Proficiency test for qualified candidates

- Application Process: Prospective candidates are advised to thoroughly review the application process, including important dates and requirements, on the official Punjab Public Service Commission (PPSC) website (www.ppsc.gop.pk) before proceeding with online applications.
- Eligibility Criteria: Employees of Federal Government, Semi-Government, Autonomous Bodies, and Local Bodies are not entitled to age concession during their service tenure in such organizations.
- Equivalence Certificate: Candidates claiming foreign/local qualification equivalence must provide a certificate issued by the Higher Education Commission (H.E.C) or Qualification Equivalence Determination Committee (Q.E.D.C) of the concerned Department at the time of interview, failing which their candidature shall be cancelled.
- Proof of Experience: Candidates claiming experience in private firms/entities must provide proof of registration with SECP, Registrar of Firms, or any other Regulatory Authority during the claimed period.
- In-Service Candidates: In-service candidates must obtain/apply for NOC/DPC from their respective departments and furnish the same during the interview process.
- Regulatory Body Registration: Applicants must obtain/applied for Registration Certificate from relevant regulatory bodies such as PEC/PNC/PMDC/PMC/PVMC before the closing date and provide the same during the interview.
- Academic Certificates: Candidates must provide certificates of all degrees obtained, indicating marks obtained/total marks or percentage, issued by the Competent Authority at the time of interview. CGPA is not acceptable.
- Authentic Information: Candidates are advised to rely solely on information available on the PPSC website and refrain from trusting any other sources.
- Test Locations: Shorthand Test, Typing & Proficiency Test (if required) will only be held in Lahore.
- Variation in Posts: In the event of a variation in the number of posts by the concerned department, fresh applications will not be invited.
- Payment of Fees: Fees should be deposited online through authorized mediums listed on the PPSC website.
